Bower was designed by world-renowned architect Koichi Takada with interiors by award-winning Mim Design, all reflecting the prestige of Cabbage Tree Bay between the beaches of Manly and Shelly, New South Wales. Each of the six residences were carefully designed to frame panoramic ocean views, and to emphasise natural elements of stone, timber and glass. While minimalist in its approach, the result is also sophisticated and refined.

Stakeholder communication and transparency were critical to the success of this project, from workshopping design to solving construction challenges and undertaking purchaser modifications. The result was complete customer satisfaction, and the addition of a timeless address to an iconic part of the Australian coastline.
