An award-winning building, Encore delivers a considered architectural design within a carefully retained and restored 20th-century brick building with punctual openings to facilitate the new commercial activities housed within the structure. Above the heritage façade are six floors of pleated glass facade that reflects and deconstructs the surrounding environment through a play of reflections and light.

Encore quickly evolved into thriving hub within the Cremorne commercial district, a design lending itself to a modern way of working through a rooftop terrace, landscaped areas and green spaces where tenants can take meetings outdoors and soak in expansive city views.
