MONNO’s Moorabool development introduces a striking new building to the centre of Geelong: a genuine mixed-use offering that will contribute to the city’s changing fabric, and one that leads through above-and-beyond environmentally sustainable design such as carbon-neutral housing.

The architecture pays homage to the city’s industrial woolshed heritage through its considered red and charcoal brick facade. At the same time, the design looks to an evolving laneway culture by incorporating active street frontages, covered arcades and public spaces. A private rooftop for residents with sweeping views across Corio Bay that crowns the design and elevates the building as a new landmark Geelong address.
